This year, we’re taking it to the next level with Voices of Impact — a powerful event that combines the prestigious Women to Watch Awards with an inspiring Leadership Forum designed to connect, celebrate, and elevate women across the CPA profession.

Join us as we honor women who are making waves in the accounting world — those rising through the ranks as Emerging Leaders and those who have blazed the trail as Experienced Leaders. These awards spotlight extraordinary professionals who are not only leading their teams but also shaping the future of the profession through service, innovation, and mentorship.

Winners are selected by a distinguished MACPA task force composed of past recipients and volunteer leaders. All nominees will be recognized during the ceremony, with this year’s honorees revealed live at the event.

The Women to Watch Awards Ceremony will run from 11am - 1pm.

The Leadership Forum brings together powerful voices and fresh perspectives. Engage in meaningful conversations, expand your network, and gain insights from dynamic women leaders in the field. This interactive portion of the program is your chance to reflect, connect, and leave energized to take your next bold step.

The Leadership Forum will run from 1:30 - 3:30pm, featuring "Spotlight Talks" with industry leaders.

These dynamic, high-impact presentations provide thought-provoking insights on key topics in a concise, "Ted Talk"-style format. Delivered by experts, these sessions are designed to spark new ideas and inspire attendees to engage more deeply with the subject matter. Topics will include:

• Communication/Technology/AI – Exploring the intersection of communication, technology, and the transformative role of artificial intelligence.
• Confidence/Mentorship/Goal Setting – Insights on building confidence, the power of mentorship, and setting impactful goals.
• Worklife Harmony/Burnout – Strategies for achieving a healthier work-life balance and overcoming burnout.

Following each Spotlight Talk, attendees will break into small groups for Collaborative Exchanges. In these interactive sessions, participants will have the opportunity to discuss the presented ideas, share perspectives, and work together to explore real-world applications. It’s all about collaboration, creative problem-solving, and learning from one another.
