15 or more business days before the program: Full refund, or transfer the full amount to MACPA Account Funds, or switch to another course at no charge.
14 or fewer business days before the program: No refunds will be issued. Registrations may be substituted with another person until the program begins (any member/nonmember price difference applies).
In-Person to Virtual/Simulcast changes: Refunds for registration price differences will not be issued fewer than 15 business days before the event.
No-shows: Registrants who do not attend and do not cancel by the deadline forfeit the full registration fee; no refund or credit is issued.
