Why Participate?

The MACPA Mentorship program allows you to be a mentor or mentee - or both! - while creating a valuable connection with a fellow member. Ask questions, share ideas, provide advice, and gain knowledge while you establish a meaningful relationship with a member of our professional community.

How Does The Program Work?

Prospective mentors and mentees can submit mentorship applications to MACPA and we’ll review your information to pair you with a mentor or mentee.

As a pair, you determine how often and how you’d like to meet. We suggest initially committing to meet at least monthly and then see how the relationship develops. But that’s up to you!

Some mentor-mentee pairs meet virtually, while others meet at offices or coffee shops. MACPA will provide topics and ideas to discuss to guide your time together.

"If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together."
