MACPA is joining the AICPA, NASBA, state boards of accountancy, and CPA state societies across the country in encouraging CPAs to participate in a national study examining the future of CPE.
Conducted by an independent research firm on behalf of a joint NASBA-AICPA task force, the study will explore:

Technology and AI, evolving business models, workforce changes, and expanding responsibilities are reshaping the capabilities CPAs need to remain relevant, trusted, and future-ready.
While how we learn may change, the purpose remains: ensuring CPAs maintain the knowledge and competence needed to serve clients, organizations, and the public while protecting the trust placed in the CPA profession.
That’s why it’s important that this conversation includes the voices of CPAs across different roles, organizations, practice areas, and career stages. Our profession is strongest when we learn from one another and help shape its future together.

Participation is voluntary, and responses will remain anonymous and be reported only in aggregate. You may also see communications about this survey from other organizations across the profession; they are all supporting the same national study.
