Two Maryland Association of CPAs members have been honored as part of the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants' 2025 Global Women to Watch program, which recognizes exceptional women professionals who are shaping the future of accounting and finance through leadership, innovation and service.

"The program recognizes women making an impact on the profession both within their organizations and across the broader accounting and finance profession," the AICPA states. "It also elevates women at all stages of their career, setting the stage for those who have and will come after them."

“These honorees represent the brilliance, resilience, and leadership of women shaping the future of accounting across the globe,” said Crystal Cooke, director of diversity and inclusion at AICPA and CIMA. “Their achievements inspire a more inclusive profession — one where diverse voices drive innovation, integrity and impact.”

Honorees were recognized in two categories — Emerging Leaders and Experienced Leaders. Among those honored in the Experienced Leaders category are:

• Tricia Katebini, CPA, MBA, a partner with GRF CPAs & Advisors in Bethesda and one of the MACPA's most active CPA volunteers.
  
  
• Janice Stucke, CPA, chief financial officer and Foundation treasurer with the CREW Network and the CREW Network Foundation, based in Atlanta. Stucke also serves the MACPA as a member of its Board of Directors.
