Your presentation will be pre-loaded onto the laptop in the session room, and all final presentations must be submittedby Monday, June 8, 2026. Please email your presentation to Dee Sullivan, MACPA Director of Learning, at dee@macpa.org, and be sure to bring a backup copy on a thumb drive.

Princess Royale Exhibit Hall Space
All meals and breaks will be served in the Exhibit Hall. Your exhibit space will consist of a 6’ draped table and two chairs. Please feel free to bring giveaway items - our members love them! Ideas include: pens, notepads, hand sanitizer, small suntan lotions, lip balm, beach towel, drink holders (the ones with the spikes that you put in the sand) water bottles, frisbees, sunglasses, mints, candy, etc. Additionally, if you'd like to further engage attendees, consider offering a raffle prize such as a gift card, electronic device, or a special promotional item!
A special room block has been reserved for attendees for check-in on Sunday, June 21, 2026, through check-out on Tuesday, June 23, 2026 at Princess Royale. If you would like additional nights outside the block, please contact the hotel directly to make those arrangements.
