Recognizing Outstanding Leaders in Maryland

The MACPA Foundation's annual Voices of Impact, MACPA Women to Watch Awards, and Leadership Forum celebrates women in the profession and demonstrates to emerging leaders that success is not out of reach. Awards are given in two categories:

• Emerging Leaders: Emerging Leaders are women who are up-and-coming stars in their organizations, who demonstrate leadership and contribute to the profession through service and implementation of impactful initiatives.

• Experienced Leaders: those who have established their roles as leaders in their organizations by advancing to the highest levels of management or ownership, and by mentoring those following in their footsteps.
