Throughout the day, you'll experience thoughtful networking, garden reflection time, a Mahjong demonstration, and a waterfront cocktail celebration—all designed to foster community, inspiration, and personal growth.

The experience culminates with the Women to Watch Awards, honoring women who are making an impact at every stage of their leadership journey.

• Emerging Leaders: Emerging Leaders are women who are up-and-coming stars in their organizations, who demonstrate leadership and contribute to the profession through service and implementation of impactful initiatives.

• Experienced Leaders: those who have established their roles as leaders in their organizations by advancing to the highest levels of management or ownership, and by mentoring those following in their footsteps.

Together, these honorees represent the strength, influence, and future of women in accounting and finance.
