By now, you've undoubtedly heard about President Bush's proposed economic growth package, which is designed to pump money back into America's struggling economy. The proposal calls for rebates and child tax credits to be delivered to American taxpayers by this summer.

Now, the Treasury Department is chiming in with a fact sheet that breaks down who will be receiving how much money when the rebates are finalized. The proposed rebates are expected to move quickly through Congress so Americans will have fast access to the money -- the better to boost America's lagging economy.

What do you think? Will this growth package make a difference? If not, what's the answer?
