Tax legislation has never been a one-size-fits-all affair — and the One Big Beautiful Bill Act (OBBBA) is no exception. In this engaging and timely webinar, we’ll break down the major provisions of the sweeping OBBBA legislation and explore how they will impact individuals, businesses, and practitioners alike. With new credits, phaseouts, thresholds, and compliance mechanisms, it’s more important than ever for CPAs to understand the full picture.
We’ll walk through the bill’s headline-making elements as well as the less-publicized but equally important changes that could easily catch clients off guard. From expanded green energy incentives to new reporting requirements, you’ll gain a working knowledge of both planning opportunities and compliance risks. We’ll also discuss practical implementation timelines and how to proactively communicate these changes to clients.
Whether you're advising a high-net-worth individual, a closely held business, or a large enterprise, this webinar will equip you with the essential tools to translate the complexities of the OBBB Act into actionable guidance. Expect clarity, relevance, and plenty of real-world examples you can put to use right away.
