The MACPA is proud to partner with the Ohio Society of CPAs (OSCPA) on this important journey by participating in their Crossing Bridges Series. OSCPA created this series to help organizations advance their understanding and implementation of diversity and inclusion (D + I) initiatives. Long considered the right thing to do, D + I training has not always been viewed as essential. That mindset must change and the time to do so is now.
