Not only is this counter-productive to you sharing your gifts with the world, but over time it erodes your sense of confidence and self-trust.

In this practical and interactive workshop, you'll learn four key steps to tap into your inner wisdom, discern what's right for you, take aligned action and learn to trust yourself along the way.

This event is part of the Women’s Learning Exchange — a virtual series created by women CPAs, for women CPAs. Guided by a committee of your peers, each session features topics chosen to reflect the real challenges and opportunities women face in the profession — from navigating career transitions to building confidence and creating impact.

Each interactive, one-hour session begins with an inspiring speaker and then shifts to breakout discussions, where you’ll exchange ideas, share experiences and learn directly from other women walking the same path. Ashley Jablow (Jab-lo) believes life is too short to feel stuck, burned out, or misaligned at work. As the founder of Wayfinders Collective and creator of Life Design School, Ashley guides individuals and organizations to use innovation tools to design bold, authentic careers and lives.

A former strategist at IDEO and The White House, Ashley has spent the last 15+ years applying design thinking to big, complex challenges — and now helps people do the same in their own lives. Her work blends human-centered design, emotional clarity, and creative reflection to guide transformational growth from the inside out.

Ashley works with companies, conferences, and communities through facilitation and keynote speaking, and supports individuals with 1:1 coaching. She’s also the artist and author behind “100 Days of Designing My Life” – a four-volume guided journal series featuring hand-illustrated watercolors and daily reflection prompts.
