We’re excited to offer a dedicated Sponsor Lounge — a private space just for our sponsors! Whether you need to take a quick call, recharge your devices (or yourself), or simply step away from your sponsor table for a moment, this space is for you. Enjoy a selection of sweet and salty snacks, plug in, and relax. The lounge will be open all three days, so stop by Room XXXXX anytime and make yourself at home!
For sponsors whose sponsorship level includes a CPE speaking opportunity, below is a list of scheduled session times. Your presentation will be pre-loaded onto the laptop in the session room, and all final presentations must be submitted by Monday, June 8, 2026. Please email your presentation to Dee Sullivan, MACPA Director of Learning, at dee@macpa.org, and be sure to bring a backup copy on a thumb drive.

The post conference attendee list will be sent 2 business day after the conclusion of the event
* Please limit follow up to MACPA members to one email after the event. Member email addresses shared for the event must not be added to your organization’s email distribution lists or used for ongoing marketing communications.
These guidelines help ensure that MACPA is able to continue to provide our partners and sponsors with member information. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
All meals and breaks will be served in the Exhibit Hall. Your exhibit space will consist of a 6’ draped table and two chairs. Please feel free to bring giveaway items - our members love them! Ideas include: pens, notepads, hand sanitizer, small suntan lotions, lip balm, beach towel, drink holders (the ones with the spikes that you put in the sand) water bottles, frisbees, sunglasses, mints, candy, etc. Additionally, if you'd like to further engage attendees, consider offering a raffle prize such as a gift card, electronic device, or a special promotional item!
SECURITY NOTE: Exhibit spaces cannot be completely secured. Under no circumstances should you leave valuable equipment or personal items unattended.

A special room block has been reserved for attendees for check-in on Sunday, June 21, 2026, through check-out on Tuesday, June 23, 2026 at Princess Royale. If you would like additional nights outside the block, please contact the hotel directly to make those arrangements.
