For sponsors whose sponsorship level includes a CPE speaking opportunity, below is a list of scheduled session times. Your presentation will be pre-loaded onto the laptop in the session room, and all final presentations must be submitted by Monday, June 9. Please email your presentation to Dee Sullivan, MACPA Director of Learning, at dee@macpa.org, and be sure to bring a backup copy on a thumb drive.

These guidelines help ensure that MACPA is able to continue to provide our partners and sponsors with member information. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Your exhibit space will consist of a 6’ draped table and two chairs. Please feel free to bring giveaway items, our members love them! Ideas include: pens, notepads, hand sanitizer, small suntan lotions, lip balm, beach towel, drink holders (the ones with the spikes that you put in the sand) water bottles, frisbees, sunglasses, mints, candy, etc. Additionally, if you'd like to further engage attendees, consider offering a raffle prize such as a gift card, electronic device, or a special promotional item!
SECURITY NOTE: Exhibit spaces cannot be completely secured. Under no circumstances should you leave valuable equipment or personal items unattended.
