    Mike Singer has spent the last 25+ years solely focused on the representation of global and local tenants. After 23.5 years as a top producer at global real estate brokerage firms, he co-founded Singer Damareck Real Estate in June of 2023.

    Mike is well known in the commercial real estate community as a creative problem solver, and is sought out for his knowledge, expertise, and unwavering support of local businesses. Over his career, he has completed over 1000 lease transactions, some as large as 500,000 square feet and others as small as 250 square feet. His mission is to ensure that his clients engineer maximum value out of every square foot of their space.

    When he’s not working, Mike enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids – whether it’s traveling or exploring locally. He’s pretty average, but improving at grilling food for his family. Mike is terrible at camping and should never be left alone in the wilderness. He’s also a movie lover, music buff and a dog person.
